Grandpa gettin his painting on
Wednesday, September 10th, 2008
I recently found via some photos emailed to me from my mother that my grandfather has taken up painting again. I remember as a child always going over to my grandparent’s house and my grandpa would be drawing little sketches, painting or he’d be showing us new pieces of pottery he created in his kiln down in the basement. As a child it was always such fun going to their house and being amazed by some new creative interest my grandparents were into. Fortunately my grandpa has new caretaker named Slavik who has reintroduced him to some of his favorite activities.

Hi Mark, it’s your grandpa Joe. How are you doing? You working?
Thank you for posting up a picture of me, as well as sharing all of your great pictures from you interesting travels. I had a nice time watching slideshows of your pictures.
Maybe one day I can sit down and sketch some charcoals, using your pictures as inspiration.
Thanks again. Send your email to Moose_Works@Comcast.net and Slavik and Me can keep you posted on my progress and travels! Talks to you soon.

Hello.
:)
“The birth took place at the couple’s home (just outside Oslo),” says the palace, adding mother and baby were both well.
Bye.
